Hawkstone Wildthing Lager Launch Programme – Terms & Conditions 

1. Promoter 

The promoter of this programme is Hawkstone Brewery, College Farm, Stow Road, Bourton-on-the-Water, Gloucestershire, GL54 2HN ("Hawkstone"). 

2. Eligibility 

The programme is open to licensed on-trade venues located in England, Scotland and Wales only. 

Applicants must be aged 18 or over and authorised to make purchasing decisions on behalf of the venue. 

Free-of-tie, leased, tenanted and managed venues are eligible to apply. 

Employees of Hawkstone Brewery and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. 

3. Application Period 

Applications open on 07/08/2026. 

Applications close at 11:59pm on Monday 31st August 2026. 

Applications received after this time may not be considered. 

4. The Offer 

Selected venues will receive a Wildthing Launch Kit, which may include: 

  • 2 x 50L kegs of Hawkstone Wildthing Lager  

  • Wildthing bar badge  

  • Point of Sale materials  

  • Additional support materials as determined by Hawkstone  

Hawkstone reserves the right to amend or substitute any element of the launch kit where reasonably necessary. 

5. Venue Selection 

Due to the limited-edition nature of Wildthing Lager and anticipated demand, not all applications will be successful 

Participation is not guaranteed. 

Venues will be selected by Hawkstone based on factors including, but not limited to: 

  • Suitability for the Hawkstone brand  

  • Ability to support and activate the launch of Hawkstone Wildthing Lager  

  • Anticipated rate of sale  

  • Existing or planned commitment to the Hawkstone core draught range  

  • Geographic location  

  • Operational feasibility  

  • Availability of launch stock  

For the purposes of this programme, Hawkstone core draught products are defined as: 

  • Hawkstone Premium Lager  

  • Hawkstone Session Lager  

  • Hawkstone Cider  

Selection decisions are entirely at Hawkstone's discretion and are final. 

Hawkstone is under no obligation to provide feedback to unsuccessful applicants. 

Successful venues will be notified by 7th September 2026. 

6. Existing Hawkstone Stockists 

Existing Hawkstone stockists may apply. 

Wildthing Lager must be stocked in addition to existing Hawkstone core draught  

products and must not replace an existing Hawkstone core line. 

7. New Hawkstone Stockists 

Venues that are not currently Hawkstone stockists may apply. 

Selected venues must commit to stocking at least one Hawkstone core draught product for a minimum period of six months following completion of the Wildthing activity. 

The core range includes: 

  • Hawkstone Premium Lager  

  • Hawkstone Session Lager  

  • Hawkstone Cider  

Hawkstone reserves the right to withdraw participation where this commitment is not met. 

8. Stock Availability 

Wildthing Lager is a limited-edition product and is available while stocks last. 

Participation is subject to stock availability. 

Hawkstone reserves the right to amend, reduce or withdraw stock allocations where reasonably necessary. 

Submission of an application does not guarantee participation. 

9. Installation & Support 

Any installation, technical support or dispense equipment required will be assessed by Hawkstone on a case-by-case basis. 

Provision of installation support, technical surveys, equipment or dispense solutions remains at Hawkstone's sole discretion and is subject to operational feasibility. 

10. Marketing & Publicity 

By participating in the programme, venues agree that Hawkstone may use the venue name, images, photography, video content and related materials in marketing, PR, social media, trade communications and promotional activity relating to the Wildthing launch. 

No additional compensation will be payable for such use. 

11. General 

Hawkstone reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this programme at any time where reasonably necessary. 

By submitting an application, applicants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 

12. Data Protection 

Hawkstone Brewery (The Cotswold Brewing Company Ltd) is the data controller for personal information submitted through this programme. 

Personal data provided by applicants will be used solely to process applications, administer the programme (including telesales follow-up and delivery of launch kits), and manage the resulting trade relationship. Data may be shared with third parties directly involved in delivering this programme (e.g. our CRM and delivery partners) for those purposes only. 

Applicants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data, and can do so by contacting info@hawkstone.com. Data will be retained only as long as necessary for these purposes.
