Delivery & Returns
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends, Christmas and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Christmas Delivery
Order by 3pm on 22nd December for Christmas delivery. We recommend ordering your gifts and Hawkstone favourites early to make sure they arrive in time. Note: we are currently experiencing some delivery delays, so it may take a few more days than expected for your order to arrive.

Domestic Shipping Rate
We ship to the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland – excluding Highlands, Islands, Ireland). Any orders with shipping addresses based outside of our delivery region will be cancelled and your payment card will be refunded.
Purchases of digital items such as gift cards / gift subscriptions do not contribute towards the free delivery threshold.
How do I check the status of my order?
We currently ship using Yodel and they will send tracking information to your email address and/or phone number.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Damage and delivery
In the event that there are any issues with your delivery i.e., damaged or missed deliveries, please email us as soon as possible (no later than 14 days after delivery/attempted delivery) at info@hawkstone.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis.
