Hawkstone Farm-Fest Ticket Promotion

Promoter:

The Cotswold Brewing Company Ltd, trading as Hawkstone, registered in the UK under company number 05252279, with a registered office at Hillside, Albion Street, Chipping Norton, OX7 5BH, Oxfordshire.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern entry into the Hawkstone “Farm-Fest Ticket Promotion” (the “Promotion”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other communications, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

The Promoter is committed to protecting your data. By entering, you acknowledge you have read the Privacy Notice at https://hawkstone.com/pages/privacy-notice

and consent to the handling of your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws

1. ELIGIBILITY

This Promotion is open to registered pubs, bars and licensed outlets in England, Wales and Scotland only.

Entrants must:

  • Hold a valid premises licence permitting the sale of alcohol
  • Be existing stockists of Hawkstone or agree to stock Hawkstone products on draught in the agree time

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion are excluded.

Internet access and completion of the entry form at are required. No alternative entry methods will be accepted.

Only one entry per outlet is permitted.

Entrants must provide accurate details regarding their outlet and route to market.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The Promotion opens at 9:00am Monday 30th March and closes at 11:59pm on 24 April.

Entries received after this time will not be valid.

Winners will be contacted during the week commencing 11 May at the latest using the contact details provided.

3. ENTRY & VALIDATION INCLUDING SELECTION OF WINNERS

To enter, outlets must complete the official entry form.

To qualify for the prize draw, entrants must be actively stocking  any Hawkstone product on draught by the closing date (24 April).

The Promoter will validate entries using a combination of:

  • Internal sales and wholesaler data
  • BDM verification of new listings and pipeline activity

The Promoter reserves the right to:

  • Request additional information
  • Disqualify entries that cannot be verified as genuine or eligible

Entries that do not result in a confirmed or reasonably validated listing will be deemed invalid.

A total of 110 winning outlets will receive prizes.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries that meet the criteria outlined above.

The Promoter reserves the right to ensure a fair and reasonable distribution of winners.

4. THE PRIZE

Each winning outlet will receive:

  • One (1) pair of Farm-Fest day tickets (2 tickets for the same day)

Tickets are:

  • Valid for one day only of the festival (22–24 May)
  • Allocated by the Promoter (no choice of day will be offered)

VIP Prize

10 outlets will receive the Ultimate Hawkstone VIP Farm-Fest Experience

This includes:

  • Priority parking
  • Golden Circle access
  • Access to the Hawkstone VIP area

Food and drink may be provided as part of the VIP experience, however:

  • This is limited to selected times and offerings
  • It does not include all meals or unlimited consumption

VIP inclusions are subject to availability and may be amended at the Promoter’s discretion.

Prize Conditions

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Travel, accommodation and any additional costs are not included
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any aspect of the event beyond the prize stated

Ticket Fulfilment

Tickets will be delivered to the address provided on entry prior to the event.

The Promoter will contact winners to confirm delivery details.

If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to provide required information, the prize may be forfeited and reallocated.

5. EVENT DISCLAIMER

The Promoter is not responsible for:

  • Any cancellation, postponement or changes to Farm-Fest
  • Any changes to event programming, line-up or experience

In such cases, no cash alternative or replacement will be provided.

6. PUBLICITY

By entering, winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity, including:

  • Social media activity
  • Photography or video content
  • Marketing communications

The Promoter may use outlet names and associated content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. GENERAL

  • The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion at any time without liability.
  • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, bulk, third-party, or generated by automated means will be void.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed or corrupted entries due to technical issues.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
