Handcrafted in small batches by Katto in their Sheffield workshop, using premium materials, our Chef's Knife represent the best of British. The blade is shaped and finished by hand for lasting sharpness; and the handle is made from oak grown at Diddly Squat Farm, bringing a direct connection to the farmland that inspires everything we do. Handmade in Sheffield. Rooted in the Cotswolds.

Not suitable for the dishwasher, rinse blades under running water and dry with a soft cloth. Do not soak the handles. As oak is a natural material, each handle is unique in colour, grain, and texture.
