Why do we verify your age?

We are required to ensure that our products can only be purchased by those of a legal age to do so. Under UK law, it is illegal to sell or supply alcohol to any individuals under the age of 18. To make sure that our customers are of a legal age to buy our products, we require them to confirm their age when placing an order.

How AgeChecked works

To make this process as seamless and accurate as possible, we use AgeChecked, the UK government-approved age verification service. We use the details you provide when placing an order, like your name and address, to automatically verify your age.

What if my age cannot be verified?

On the rare occasion the initial check cannot be completed automatically, a pop-up will be displayed where you will be asked for additional information. If we cannot confirm your age your order may not be processed.

How is my data being used?

AgeChecked do not store any personal data collected during the verification process. Customer information is anonymised and used only to complete the check. Your data will not be shared with any third parties.
