Hawkstone Golden Ticket 2025 Competition Terms & Conditions

1.      Promoter

This promotion is organized and run by The Cotswold Brewing Company Ltd, College Farm, Stow Road, Bourton-on-the-Water, Glos, GL54 2HN.

2.    Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 and over only. Proof of age may be required before the prize is confirmed.

3.    How it works

A total of five (5) Golden Tickets have been hidden at random in Hawkstone Advent Calendars available for sale in the UK. If you find a Golden Ticket, you can claim a prize by emailing goldenticket2025@hawkstone.com with:

·      A clear image of the Golden Ticket showing the unique code.

·      Proof of purchase of your advent calendar (such as a receipt, order confirmation, or delivery note).

Both the Golden Ticket and proof of purchase must be provided to validate your claim.

4.    The prize

Each Golden Ticket entitles the winner to a luxury weekend in the Cotswolds for two people, which includes:

·      Two nights at a premium hotel, location to be confirmed, with breakfast each morning.

·      One dinner at a premium hotel, location to be confirmed.

·      One dinner at The Farmer’s Dog Pub.

·      A Hawkstone Brewery Tour.

·      Lunch as part of the Brewery Tour experience. Please note, if for any reason outside of The Cotswold Brewing Company's control, lunch cannot be provided at the brewery, it will be replaced by another lunch of the same value.

Please note: travel to and from the Cotswolds, spending money, drinks outside of the meals listed above, and any extras are the responsibility of the winner.

5.     Booking your prize

Winners must book their chosen dates at least two (2) months in advance. All bookings are subject to availability of the hotel, pub, and brewery. Blackout dates may apply, including (but not limited to) Christmas, New Year, Bank Holidays, and peak seasonal weekends. Once dates are confirmed, changes cannot be guaranteed.

6.     Important information

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative. The Cotswold Brewing Company Ltd reserves the right to replace any part of the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. Lost or stolen Golden Tickets cannot be replaced, and proof of purchase is required to claim. The Cotswold Brewing Company Ltd reserves the right to verify all claims and may withhold or withdraw a prize if there are reasonable grounds to believe these terms have been breached.

7.     Our responsibility

We will always do our best to deliver the prize exactly as described. However, The Cotswold Brewing Company Ltd is not responsible for events beyond our control (for example, travel delays, cancellations, or issues with third-party suppliers). Winners take part in the prize at their own risk. The Cotswold Brewing Company Ltd cannot accept liability for any loss, injury, or damage caused by taking up the prize, except where this cannot be excluded by law.

8.     Personal data

Any personal information you provide when claiming your prize will be used solely for administering this competition and delivering the prize, unless you give us permission to use it for anything else.

9.     Final word

The Cotswold Brewing Company Ltd's decision regarding the competition and prize fulfilment is final. No correspondence will be entered into. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
